Yoni mudra
This is one of the meditation types that start with you closing your ears with your thumbs. Then you should cover your eyes also with your index fingers. Pinch the nostrils with the middle fingers and the remaining fingers should be used to press your lips together. Transcendental meditation

In this case you don’t need to know difficult and complex breathing techniques or things of the sort; all you need to do is to sit in a relaxed posture.
Mindfulness meditation
This one of the types of meditation is also known as Vipasana and among other meditation types it is practiced by Buddhists. The main point of this kind of meditation is to become aware of all the things that happen around you at the moment of meditation.
In order for it to be successful you have to cleanse yourself of the five negative moral precepts: killing, lying, stealing, use of toxicants and sexual misconduct. This one of the types of meditationalso includes Anapana Meditation that is practiced for three days and a half and you need to focus on your breath.
